Assistant Website Manager (Volunteer)
Role Summary
Hold 1-1 meetings every other week with members of the Website Team to support their content creation and ensure it aligns with Verify Humanity’s aims and values.
Help assign and manage their task flow.
Hold a meeting every week with the Founder/Team to plan, implement, manage, monitor, and upgrade the organisation's website. In particular, restructuring the website to reflect our topics and how we fulfil them.
Ensure the Website Team meets Verify Humanity’s standards and goals.
A solid understanding of SEO and how to implement it.
Help us monitor website analytics to ensure targeted content.
Help us improve the website user experience.
Help identify and respond to any website security breaches.
Help us gradually work towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2.

Experience with Google Workspace.

Verify Humanity was established in 2020 by Conservation Photographer and Writer Kate Fox. We are a Compassionate Conservation animal advocacy organisation.
